What therapy looks like with Allyssa
My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable, seen, and accepted—just one human connecting with another.
I approach therapy with the understanding that we all have many different parts within us, each with its own voice, feelings, and needs. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients explore and connect with these parts to better understand themselves and build a more integrated sense of self. Whether it's discovering the protective parts that help you navigate challenges or reconnecting with the vulnerable parts that hold your deepest truths, we’ll work together to help you feel more whole and balanced.
I’m here to walk alongside you, offering empathy, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to help you navigate whatever challenges you're facing. Together, we’ll tear down the uncomfortable barriers that sometimes come with a traditional therapy setting and create a space where you can share openly, explore your inner world, and just be yourself. Whether you’re seeking deeper self-understanding, support with life’s stressors, or simply someone to listen, we’ll work toward meaningful growth and healing.
Sessions are available via telehealth or through walk-and-talks in local parks around Arvada, Colorado—whichever setting helps you feel most at ease. I take most major insurance and have self-pay options available. I believe in trying my best to keep mental health care accessible to all.
